Hello again honeybees! This post is a bit late because I’ve been compiling this list and fighting with my current TBR. There are so many books coming out this year and I’m sure to be busy reading!
I won’t say too much about these books as there is a lot on this list and we don’t want this to turn into a Tolstoy novel, do we? So, in order by month here are the 2019 releases I’m anticipating:
(stars mean I’m super excited and need them now)
January
A Curse So Dark and Lonely by Brigid Kemmerer
King of Scars by Leigh Bardugo
February
Comics Will Break your Heart by Faith Erin Hicks
On The Come Up by Angie Thomas
March
Barely Missing Everything by Matt Mendez*
Children of Virtue and Vengeance by Tomi Adeyemi
The Fever King by Victoria Lee*
Once & Future by Amy Rose Capetta, Cori McCarthy
The Truth About Keeping Secrets by Savannah Brown
Sherwood by Meagan Spooner
April
How Not To Ask A Boy To Prom by S.J. Goslee*
The Princess and Fangirl by Ashely Poston
May
Again, But Better by Christine Ricco
Finale by Stephanie Garber
DEV1AT3 by Jay Kristoff
skipping months because there are no releases (as of now) that I’m anticipating
August
Pumpkinheads by Rainbow Rowell, illustrated by Faith Erin Hicks
Undated
Chain of Gold by Cassandra Clare
Wayward Son by Rainbow Rowell*
When The Blackbird Sings by Elodie Iver
Burning Questions
What’s your most anticipated release of 2019? Do we have any in common? Should I add something to my list? Tell me everything in the comments!
Bye for now honeybees.
With love and little air under my gigantic TBR, Destiny.
I honestly don’t even really know what’s coming out this year. I’ve been so consumed with finishing up my own book and that’s taking up all my time. You have a great list here though!

I feel you. I had to do a bit of research to compile this list because I had no clue what would be releasing in 2019 🙈

King of Scars and Children of Virtue and Vengeance we totally agree on! On the Come Up, Bloodwitch, and Tone are three on my list that I don’t see on yours
